Zen’s Horizontal ATFD is designed to handle drying of high-viscosity, slurry-like, or crystallizing materials. The system uses a rotating agitator to continuously spread material over a heated surface, creating a thin film for efficient evaporation and solvent removal.

The horizontal orientation is ideal for fouling or sticky substances, and offers easy discharge, cleaning, and continuous operation. Available in jacketed or limpet coil versions with steam or hot oil heating.
