Zen’s Vertical Agitated Thin Film Dryer (ATFD-V) is a compact drying system for continuous processing of viscous, foamy, or temperature-sensitive materials. The vertical design uses gravity-assisted film formation, reducing product hold-up and energy consumption.

A rotating agitator distributes feed evenly across the heated wall, facilitating rapid solvent evaporation. Ideal for solvent recovery, effluent treatment, and drying of API and intermediate slurries.
